Triginta Capital is an independent private equity partnership headquartered in Düsseldorf. Triginta Capital manages private equity funds with an aggregate fund volume of approximately EUR 500 million. Since foundation of the organisation in the year 1999, six private equity funds have been launched or have been taken over, respectively.

In particular, Triginta Capital concentrates on investing into small and medium-sized companies with an annual sales volume of EUR 20-200 million, operational profitability and positive cash flow. In an attractive market environment, the companies stand out from their competitors and offer a convincing strategy, as well as growth potentials. Triginta Capital generally prefers the purchase of the majority of shares, in certain cases also qualified minorities. The transaction volume lies between EUR 20 and 100 million. In addition to investing in individual companies, Triginta Capital also acquires entire portfolios. The regional focus is in German speaking Europe.
