HIGH TECH POOL

The High Tech Pool, a private equity fund with an investment focus on selected fields of high technologies, was set up by Triginta Capital in 2000. Its fund volume amounting to over EUR 150 million was successfully placed with 19 institutional investors.

The fund management is being carried out by High Tech Private Equity GmbH, a subsidiary of Triginta Capital. In Particular, Triginta Capital is supporting High Tech Private Equity GmbH in the areas of fund administration, fund controlling and reporting.

The investment strategy of High Tech Pool compromises of technology-orientated companies, particularly in the fields of nano and micro technology, photonics and pharmaceutical and medical technologies. The main focus is on mature companies that are already at growth stage.
